These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DCNT UI, including the website, CLI tooling, and all associated components and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, installing the CLI, or using any component provided by DCNT UI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Access & Accounts
Some features of DCNT UI require an account and an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access token and account credentials.
You must not share your access token with others or use it in publicly accessible repositories. If you believe your token has been compromised, contact us immediately to have it revoked and reissued.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use.
Subscriptions & Billing
Premium components are available through a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Polar. By subscribing, you agree to Polar's terms of service and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
License & Usage
DCNT UI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use installed components in your own projects, subject to the following conditions:
- Components may be used in personal, commercial, and client projects.
- Components may be modified to fit your project's requirements.
- Components may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as a standalone component library, template product, or UI kit — whether free or paid.
- Premium components require an active subscription for continued access. Upon cancellation, previously installed components remain usable in existing projects.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share, publish, or distribute your DCNT UI access token
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download components outside normal CLI usage
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service or its components
- Use automated tools to access or extract components beyond what the CLI provides
Intellectual Property
All components, designs, documentation, and branding associated with DCNT UI remain the intellectual property of DCNT UI. The license granted under these Terms does not transfer ownership of any DCNT UI assets to you.
You retain full ownership of any original code or content you create using DCNT UI components as a foundation.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We make no guarantees regarding the fitness of any component for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating components before using them in production environments.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCNT UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to DCNT UI in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to DCNT UI or its users.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in US.
